| We are proud to offer American Red Cross Swim Lessons with our certified Water Safety Instructor, Corey Steffens returning for yet another season! Prior to the beginning of each session, each participant will be evaluated to assess their abilities and placed in either Group I (Levels I, II & III) or Group II (Levels IV & V). | We are proud to host the 2008 State of Maryland Softball Championships for all chartered 10 & under, 12 & under, 14 & under, and 16 & under leagues. This is a double elimination event. All teams must be present for Opening Ceremonies at 8:30 AM on July 12th at Worton Park. The first games of the day will begin at 9:30 AM on July 12th. The determination of the first game time for each team will be subject to the "draw" and all subsequent games determined by that outcome. | Come out for the Second annual Diamond Dreams Baseball Camp at Worton Park. Participants will recieve instruction in hitting, fielding, throwing, pitching, base running and other fundamentals of the game. Participants should bring a bat if you have one, glove, cleats/sneakers, sunscreen, lunch and drinks. Registration forms are availible at the Kent County Parks & Recreation office across from Worton Park, or go to www.diamonddreamsyouth.com. |
