Little League Softball offers young athletes the chance to develop their skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship in a fun and supportive environment. All Kent County Parks and Recreation youth sport program volunteers and coaches are required to complete a Volunteer Employee Application Packet, as well as, consent to criminal records history searches. Background search guidelines are followed as recommended by the National Recreation and Parks Association.

For sport leagues and individuals who want to keep their skills sharp throughout the winter months, the batting cage is sure to attract many users. Helmets, balls, and pitching machine provided. Availability of batting cage will be limited due to high interest so don’t delay in securing your rental dates. A private rental of Gym B at the Community Center is required.
